1. The service · 服务内容

Hartevo provides free website analysis tools (AI visibility scan, fix pack generator, promotion kit, mention radar, weekly monitoring emails) and a paid service, Boost: we implement the fixes from your scan, submit your product to 20+ launch directories, prepare launch posts, and re-run the mention radar after 30 days.

2. Free tools, as-is · 免费工具按现状提供

Free tools analyze publicly accessible pages you ask us to scan. Scores measure machine readability signals; they are diagnostic estimates, not a guarantee of AI or search visibility. Don't scan sites you have no right to analyze. We may rate-limit or block abusive usage.

免费工具仅分析你指定的公开页面。分数衡量的是机器可读性信号,是诊断性估计,不构成 AI 或搜索可见性的保证。请勿扫描你无权分析的网站。滥用会被限流或封禁。

3. Boost delivery · Boost 交付

Boost is delivered within 5 working days of receiving your order details and necessary access (or as files for you to deploy). Score improvements depend on you deploying the delivered changes; see the refund policy for the 90+ score guarantee terms. Payment is processed by Creem (merchant of record); their terms also apply at checkout.

4. Liability · 责任限制

Hartevo's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made based on scan results.
